Wriddhiman Saha made his first-class debut for Bengal in November 2007, in the Ranji Trophy. He made his Test debut for India in February 2010, against South Africa. He has also played in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for various teams, including Kolkata Knight Riders, Chennai Super Kings, Kings XI Punjab, and Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Wriddhiman Saha has been a vital member of the Indian Test team, known for his exceptional wicket-keeping skills and solid batting performances. He has played a crucial role in many of India’s Test victories, including the historic 2017 Test series win in Australia, where he scored a match-winning century in the third Test in Ranchi. He also holds the record for the most dismissals (10 catches) by a wicket-keeper in a Test match, achieved in the 2018 Test against South Africa in Johannesburg.
