Career Info
Rahul Tewatia is an Indian cricketer who plays for Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and for Haryana in domestic cricket. He made his debut in first-class cricket in 2013 and has been a regular member of the Haryana team since then.
Tewatia made his IPL debut in 2014 for Rajasthan Royals, but he got limited opportunities in the early years of his career. He became a household name in the 2020 IPL when he played a match-winning knock of 53 off 31 balls against Kings XI Punjab, which included hitting five sixes in an over off the bowling of Sheldon Cottrell. He also took three wickets in that match and was awarded the Player of the Match.
